Want to run a digital pilot? Get approval from 6 teams.
Want to post on LinkedIn? Legal, medical, compliance, comms... then maybe.
Everyone’s involved — but no one actually decides.
This is not agility. It’s gridlock.

Amazing scientists give up trying to push their ideas through.
Marketing teams with bold strategies, blocked for months.
Digital teams doing endless pilots with no scale.
It’s not that we don’t have the talent. We do.

Make “no” the hard answer — Default to trying, not blocking.
🚀 Pharma Can Still Win
We’ve got the science. We’ve got the talent. We’ve got the budget.
But unless we fix what’s broken inside our own walls, smaller and faster sectors will keep beating us.
This isn’t just about structure.
It's about leadership.
It's about accountability.
It's about courage.
And it’s time we face it.
